Alan is an award-winning litigator, widely recognised as one of the leading IP practitioners in the region. He is renowned for his anti-counterfeiting, IP litigation and advisory practices, covering the entire Greater China region. Alan also has extensive experience assisting clients in handling digital forensic issues in civil proceedings concerning counterfeiting, software copycats and online defamation. He was admitted as a solicitor in Hong Kong in 2004 and was among the first cohort of candidates qualified to practice in the Greater Bay Area. Alan is a China Appointed Attesting Officer and a member of the Greater Bay Area Lawyers’ Advisory Group.
