I am an associate in our IP group in Singapore. My work spans a wide range of contentious and non-contentious IP matters, with a focus on brand management and trademark portfolio strategy.

My practice centres around assisting clients in all aspects of trademark work, which includes conducting clearance searches, advising on the viability of registrations, devising prosecution strategies and collaborating with international colleagues to effectively navigate trademark issues on a global scale. With regard to transactional matters, I have been involved in preparing and reviewing local and cross-border assignments, and licence and franchise agreements relating to the commercialisation of intellectual property. I also have experience in contentious IP cases, and work closely with my team to handle litigation and opposition proceedings for a diverse range of clients in Singapore.

I am passionate about IP work and believe in providing holistic legal support that can effectively identify, safeguard and commercialise the client’s IP rights.
