Cristian Cealera graduated from the faculty of law, University of Bucharest, in 2020 and subsequently he became a member of the Bucharest Bar Association.
During his time as a student, Cristian participated in various competitions, the most renowned of them being 'Hexagonul Facultăților de Drept, 2019', the civil law section.
Cristian joined our team in September 2021 and is now focusing on improving his knowledge in the area of intellectual property and litigation.
Cristian is also coordinating seminars of civil law and intellectual property law at the faculty of law of the University of Bucharest.
The most significant projects in which Cristian has been involved include:
- advising one of the global leaders in the tobacco sector in patent matters;
- providing assistance to a global leader in the pharmaceutical sector on matters relating to patent enforcement in Romania; and
- providing assistance to one of the most reputed food and beverage manufacturers in Romania in trade mark related cases in front of EUIPO and the General Court (European Union)
