David S Lipkus is a partner at Kestenberg Siegal Lipkus LLP. He practises civil and commercial litigation with a focus on IP brand protection. He is a regular speaker at conferences dealing with various issues, including anti-counterfeiting, the Internet and emerging technologies, and has lectured to lawyers, paralegals, law enforcement students and other professionals.
Mr Lipkus is an active member in the legal community. He is the chair of the Intellectual Property Institute of Canada’s Internet and Technology Committee, former Canada subcommittee chair of the INTA Anti-counterfeiting Committee (2019/2020), former chair of the Social Networking – Internet Committee of the International AntiCounterfeiting Coalition (IACC) and a member of the Law Society of Ontario and the Ontario Bar Association. He was called to the New York Bar in 2009 and the Ontario Bar in 2010.
