Gregor Vos joined Brinkhof as a partner in January 2016. He became a lawyer in 1994 and has specialised in Intellectual Property (IP) ever since. Gregor is an all-round IP litigator with a practice that has an emphasis on trademarks, designs and advertising. He has successfully litigated a large number of high profile multinational trademark cases, both in the Netherlands and before European institutions such as the European Trademarks Office and the Court of Justice of the EU. Gregor represents a number of well-known trade mark owners in various industries, such as fashion, sports, foods, house hold cleaning and toys. In addition, Gregor is an experienced litigator in the field of advertising and more specifically, pharmaceutical advertising.
