Miranda Theodoridou, partner at HP&P, leads the Trademark and Anti-Counterfeiting Departments with 35+ years of expertise. Specializing in IP matters, she represents major multinational firms in administrative courts and IP litigation, covering offline and online enforcement, anti-counterfeiting, and offers counsel on trademark, copyright, domain name, and GDPR matters.
Miranda was a council member of the European Communities Trademarks Association from 2014 to 2022 and is a member of the Institute of Professional Representatives before the European Patent Office, the International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property and INTA.
She holds a law degree from the University of Athens and an MBA from the University of Derby. Admitted to the Athens Bar in 1980, she practices before the Supreme Court and the Council of State.
