Saif Khan is a litigation partner at Anand and Anand, where he heads its white-collar crime and IP enforcement teams. Saif joined the firm in February 2020 and brings with him extensive and matchless experience in handling contentious criminal matters relating to corporate and technological fraud.

Saif has 16-plus years of experience in litigation, trials, drafting and advisory work for various Fortune 500 companies and other leading organisations from across the world on disputes relating to commercial transactions. He regularly conducts trials in contentious civil and criminal matters before various courts in India.

He also has hands-on experience of strategising and conducting IP enforcement actions both under civil and criminal law (anti-piracy and anti-counterfeiting, including customs enforcement of IP rights).
