Udayvir joined Remfry & Sagar in 2017. He assists clients in contentious matters involving trademark, copyright, domain name and design law violations and represents them before various High Courts, the Supreme Court and the Intellectual Property Appellate Board (IPAB). His practice also focuses on IP enforcement issues. An IP enthusiast and avid surfer of online blogs, he is always in the know about recent developments in IP policy and jurisprudence.

Prior to joining the Firm, Udayvir was a Teaching Assistant at Law University with respect to the course on Intellectual Property Rights.
