Vlad joined Răzvan Dincă & Asociații immediately after graduating from the faculty of law of the University of Bucharest. As a member of Răzvan Dincă & Asociații's team, Vlad gained a vast experience in intellectual property and competition law.
Vlad's latest professional experience comprises:
- assisting an important French automotive manufacturer in a number of parallel imports cases;
- representing a food manufacturer in a series of trademark and designs litigations;
- assisting several Romanian financial institutions in a multi-million cross-border recovery of debt against the heirs of one of the wealthiest and most prominent Romanian individuals;
- advising one of the biggest European coffee producers in a number of trademark infringement cases;
- assisting a Russian oil company in multiple patent-related litigations; and
- giving advice to a Chinese tobacco company regarding the annulment of a series of trademark infringement-based border measures.
