Bernard William Malone

Bernard Malone is the head of the intellectual property (IP) practice group in the Buenos Aires office of Baker McKenzie. He is a member of the Argentine Association of Industrial Property Agents, AIPPI, ASIPI and INTA. Bernard is also a former assistant professor of IP law at the Argentine Catholic University School of Law.

Bernard specialises in IP matters, litigation, contracts, licensing, especially trademarks in Argentina, and coordinates IP work for several clients in other Latin American jurisdictions.

He is ranked highly in international directories, such as Chambers Latin America 2023, The Legal 500 Latin America 2023, WTR 1000 and Latin Lawyer 250.
