Francisco Valverde is an attorney at law who graduated from the University of Chile with a degree in law. He also holds an LLM in intellectual property and competition law from the Munich Intellectual Property Law Center, with a specialisation in prosecution, defence and consulting in the field of industrial property rights, including trademarks, geographical indications, patents and other related areas. Francisco has gained extensive experience while working for Villaseca Abogados. In addition, he has conducted academic research on topics relating to industrial property rights.
