Introducing: WTR Primary Sources

All the IP legislation you need from around the world is now at your finger tips, thanks to WTR's new Primary Sources tool.

Today, WTR has launched Primary Sources, a new repository of primary legislation covering core areas of IP interest.

With over 1,100 documents across 100 jurisdictions, the database holds the most important legislation governing trademarks, designs, trade secrets, copyright and patents around the globe. 

WTR users can search by jurisdiction and topic area, with results covering everything from the EU Trademarks Directive to the US Leahy-Smith America Invents Act.

As terminology and legal structure may differ across jurisdictions, our primary legislation database comprises acts, statutes, codes and ordinances.
