Marloes Smilde is a trademark consultant at Markedly. After graduating from Groningen University in 2010, she worked as a trainee trademark attorney at a wellknown Dutch boutique firm, managing the IP portfolios of various Dutch and international companies. Ms Smilde gained relevant legal experience when living and working in Italy and Australia. She is now primarily involved in assisting Markedly’s international clients. She is a member of the Benelux Association for Trademark and Design Law, INTA and MARQUES.
