Nitin has been working with De Penning & De Penning since 2021. He advises, manages and handles international and national clients on IP prosecution, agreements, assignments, marketing issues, pre-litigation strategy, and litigation and settlements, and he is a part of the firm’s enforcement and investigation wing. He has an overall experience of approximately eight years in the IP domain. He graduated with IPR specialisation from KIIT Law School in 2015 and was a recipient of the vice chancellor’s silver medal for his academic performance.
