Peter van der Wees

Peter van der Wees is a founding partner at Markedly. He studied law at Leiden University and was trained at one of the Netherlands’ largest patent and trademark firms. Having qualified as a Benelux and European trademark and design attorney, he became a partner at an Amsterdam- based trademark firm, where he developed a focus on the management of large international trademark and design portfolios. Mr Van der Wees is a part-time lecturer at VU University Amsterdam and is a member of INTA, the International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property, the Pharmaceutical Trade Marks Group and the Benelux Association for Trademark and Design Law.
