Samuel Cheng

Samuel Cheng is a senior attorney-at-law of Saint Island International Patent & Law Offices, joining the firm since 2009.  He received an LLM. Degree from Fu Jen Catholic University, with his degree thesis on intellectual property law.  He is a member of the Taipei Bar and a co-author of Case Studies on Taiwan’s Trademark Law, 4th edition, Angle Publishing (2020).  His practice covers trademarks, law of passing-off, unfair competition law, and advertising law.
