Tsibanoulis & Partners was founded in 2002 following the merger of Tsibanoulis & Associates (est. 1996) and Bailas & Partners (est.1972).

We are particularly expert in corporate, privatisation and project finance work. In a personal capacity, our Senior Partner is a member of the European Financial Markets Lawyers Group (EFMLG) working under the auspices of the European Central Bank on financial markets law and regulatory issues. He also serves on several legal expert groups of the European Commission.
